This workshop is designed to prepare women, BIPOC, historically marginalized professionals, their allies, and organizational advocates with mental endurance and actionable strategies to end the intersectional pay gap.

As an ex-techie, Nadia De Ala, founder of Real You Leadership, knows the experience of being “the only” on the team or in the entire organization (*the only woman, the only woman of color, the only person of color), and will share some of the top mindset & strategy tactics BIPOC women & femme clients have used to get 20-75% increase in pay, their next level job and the recognition as go-to leaders in their teams.

Workshop attendees are invited to join an in-person happy hour hosted by Asian Nation (Live Nation’s Asian ERG). Details will be sent to registrants. Happy hour space is limited so be sure to register early!
