CHRISTINA COLLINS
SVP, Synergy, Integrated Planning, and Affiliate Marketing
Disney
Christina began her journey at Disney 11 years ago as a digital marketing intern at ABC Family. Since then, she has advanced through a variety of roles spanning film, music, digital, television, and streaming divisions. Currently, she leads Synergy, Integrated Planning, and Distribution Marketing for Disney Entertainment Television, where she drives planning alignment and strategic internal partnerships across the company. Recognized for her leadership and influence, Collins was named one of Variety and Gold House’s Inaugural 8 APIs Up Next in Entertainment List for 2024. Beyond her professional achievements, she is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders, serving on the advisory board for Asia Society’s Asian Women Empowered group and co-leading the Television Academy’s AAPI Affinity group.

JENNIFER OH
Deputy Director
Korean American Family Services (KFAM)
Jennifer Oh is the Deputy Director of Korean American Family Services (KFAM), overseeing organizational operations, program development, and strategic initiatives across Mental Health, Gender-Based Violence, Adoption & Foster Care, and Child & Adult Wellness services. Since rejoining KFAM in 2020, she has strengthened infrastructure, secured new funding, and expanded KFAM’s reach to serve over 10,000 AAPI community members annually. Jennifer’s journey with KFAM began in 2012 as Domestic Violence Program Manager, where she transformed a single grant into a robust multi-service program. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical and supervisory experience, she is deeply committed to building culturally responsive systems of care and advocating for immigrant families to ensure every child and family can heal, thrive, and belong.

Sharey Wang is the Managing Principal of the Connection Team at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), where she champions inclusive leadership and fosters cross-generational collaboration. With over 30 years of experience in assurance and advisory services, Sharey holds CPA and CITP certifications and is known for driving strategic impact among nonprofit clients. At CLA, she advocates for a succession mindset, focused on cultivating tomorrow’s leaders. A proud member of the CLA Foundation and contributor to its board initiatives, Sharey brings a unique perspective that bridges cultural heritage, generational wisdom, and professional excellence.

Kevin Lu Nguyen is a Mental Health Therapist at Pacific Clinics, California’s largest community-based behavioral health organization. Based at the Asian Pacific Family Center, he provides culturally responsive care to high-acuity Asian American youth and families in LA County. Beyond clinical work, Kevin serves as Secretary of the International Vietnamese Mental Health Association and Impact Director of the International Organization of Youth, advancing global mental health and youth leadership toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Within Pacific Clinics, he has led equity efforts as Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Affinity Group and Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator, fostering belonging, inclusive policy, and wellbeing. He also chaired National Association of Social Workers API Council of Southern California and Asian Youth Center’s Stop Hate Steering Committee. Rooted in his belief that care is both individual and collective, Kevin bridges mental health, equity, and leadership to cultivate compassion and connection.

International Vietnamese Mental Health Association (IVMHA)
Annie Pham currently serves as the Newsletter Editor for the International Vietnamese Mental Health Association (IVMHA), which was created as a response to the rising behavioral health challenges within the Vietnamese community. As Newsletter Editor, Annie supports the Communications & Media team with managing the biweekly newsletter and creating inforgraphics for social media. Outside of IVMHA, Annie is in the final year of her Master of Social Work (MSW) at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. She also has professional experiences in Asian community mental health, Asian health disparities research, LA County Department of Mental Health, and medical social work experience with Olive View - UCLA Medical Center. Annie's goal is to provide and promote accessible, culturally adapted behavioral health care for marginalized communities.

Cindy Huang is a first-generation Chinese American born. She attended the University of California San Diego where she began her career in live music as part of UCSD’s AS Concerts and Events. She helped coordinate UCSD’s Sun God Festival, an all day 20,000 people festival. In 2011, she started as an intern with Nederlander Concerts and was hired full-time. In 2016, she booked her first show, Darren Criss and booked her first-sold out show, Trevor Noah the following year. She has gone on to expand her booking footprint working to book notable artists across California. She remains at the forefront of researching industry trend, booking nontraditional events, and expanding Nederlander’s comedy bookings with artists such as Hasan Minhaj and Ramy Yousef . In 2020, Cindy was named a VenuesNow Generation Next honoree. In 2023, She served as part of API in Sports and Entertainment’s inaugural Board of Directors.

MICHELLE SUGIHARA

Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment (CAPE)
Michelle K. Sugihara is the Executive Director and CEO of CAPE (Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment), the world's longest-running non-profit organization creating career opportunities and commercial success for Asians and Pasifika people, stories, and culture in Hollywood. She is a fourth-generation Japanese American born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Prior to joining CAPE, she was an entertainment attorney, film producer, and adjunct professor for the Claremont Colleges’ Intercollegiate Department of Asian American Studies. Michelle’s community involvement includes past roles as a founding member of the Asian Pacific American Friends of the Theater, Co-Chair of the Multicultural Bar Alliance of Southern California, VP of OCA-Greater Los Angeles, President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County, member of Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles’s Executive Advisory Council, and board member of the Japanese American Bar Association and the Japanese American Bar Association Educational Foundation. She is a recipient of the City of Los Angeles R.I.S.E. (Recognizing Inspiring IndividualS Who Elevate and Empower) Award, KTLA 5 AAPI Visionaries Award, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Best Lawyers Under 40 award, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Real Property Section’s Outstanding Young Lawyer award. An avid public speaker, Michelle speaks around the world on various topics, including Representation in Media, Women in Entertainment, and Telling Inclusive Stories. She also teaches “Improv for Lawyers” and has performed improv internationally.

VIVIAN WANG

Vivian Wang is a first-generation Taiwanese-American born and raised in Northern California. She moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, where she double-majored in Neuroscience and Music Industry and began her career in live music as an artist manager. She spent a decade at AEG, working across AXS Ticketing and AEG Presents, leading initiatives in concert booking strategy, marketing operations, and data-driven growth. During that time, she also taught in USC’s Music Industry Program and earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson. Now part of Apple’s Growth Marketing organization, Vivian leads operations for Apple Music and Apple TV, focusing on campaign performance and audience growth. She is also an Associate Producer on the 2023 Sundance award-winning film Dìdi and the creator and producer of the Belly Laughs Comedy and Food Festival. Her work has been recognized by Gold House, Google, and Billboard.

David Doan is a healthcare technology and business transformation leader with 30+ years of clinical and consulting experience and over 20 years in healthcare strategy and project delivery. He is Director, Consult Partner at Kyndryl, where he partners with C-suite and IT leaders to define strategy, orchestrate complex solution delivery, and build referenceable customer relationships. He also champions Kyndryl’s Inclusion Network (KIN). David holds a BS in Nursing, a BA in Psychology, an MS in Health Services Administration, an MBA, and a PhD in Health Services. Certifications include BCMAS, PMC-II, PMP, CSM, and CSPO. Active in the nonprofit sector, he serves on multiple boards and leadership roles—including Co‑President, Ascend Los Angeles; President, PMI‑Los Angeles; President, Pride Bands Alliance; Program Director‑Elect, APIC; and mentor with AAPA—advancing health equity, mental health, DEI, climate action, and community well‑being.

Shai represents and counsels businesses in employment-based immigration matters. During his career, he has led large Immigration programs in industries including Finance, Technology, Media, and Marketing. He strengthens his clients’ workforces by developing strategies to procure non-immigrant and immigrant based visas for highly talented foreign national candidates for employment. He has vast experience with a wide variety of non-immigrant visa types, including H, L, E, O, and TN. He also works with clients to secure more permanent employment solutions for their most talented foreign national employees by advising them through all phases of the employment-based Green Card sponsorship process. Additionally, Shai is the co-creator and co-host of Vialto's Celebrities On The Move podcast, an entertaining, relatable, and fun series which dives into the visa and global mobility regulations that allow some of the most well-known celebrities to travel and live all around the world.
