Executive-Only Event: Power of Diversity

Unlocking the Power of Diversity for Your Organization

LAM_Power of Diversity_v5-01.jpg
As the world becomes flatter and organizations transform themselves towards developing a globally inclusive workplace, diversity and inclusion has attributed to be a game changer for some professionals' careers especially at executive levels. A key finding in a 2017 report, “The Illusion of Asian Success”, published by Ascend Foundation found that Asian Americans are the least likely racial group to be promoted into Silicon Valley’s executive levels, even though they are the most likely to be hired into high-tech jobs. This trend can be seen across other industries as well. Join us as we learn about the journeys to success of our senior executive panel, their competitive advantage(s) and what role diversity played in their success in the executive ranks.

LIMITED SEATING. Registration for this event is exclusive and only available to Executive, VP, C-Suite, and Board levels.
