Cornell Verdeja-Woodson
Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Headspace
Cornell Verdeja-Woodson is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to holding this role, he was the Global Head of DEI at Looker and then a Diversity Business Partner at Google after Google's acquisition of Looker in 2020. Cornell earned his B.S. in communications from Ithaca College, his M.S. in higher education from the University of Vermont, and is currently working on his doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. He lives in the Bay Area with his husband and their two dogs, London and Rome.

Glen has had a long storied career at Ernst & Young (EY) LLP in the Southern California region, promoted to Partner in the Long Beach office and specializing in both Audit and the firm's Japanese Business Services Group. Glen provided Executive Sponsorship and Mentorship to EY's internal Pan Asian Professional Network for many years while at the firm and steps into the Ascend LA Metro Chapter Presidency after a robust year of service as Chairman of the Board for the Japan America Society of Southern California.
