Chau is driven by her aspiration to be an influential businesswoman and community leader. She is passionate about creating a world-class financial services organization specializing in wealth management. For over two decades, she has developed strategic services focused on growing high performing advisors and teams. She leads all operations, encompassing financial planning, wealth management, human resources and technology.

Chau has successfully integrated philanthropy with business goals to advance corporate and social responsibility. In 2017, she and John Klemm, her husband and fellow UCLA alumnus, collaborated with UCLA to launch College To Career (C2C), a pioneering program designed to help students on the autism spectrum improve their college experience and employability. Board member of the UCLA Foundation, Chair of Chancellor’s Society, member of Women & Philanthropy, philanthropist to Mattel Children’s Hospital, Chau has received numerous honors and awards for her work. These include Women of Influence by L.A. Biz and Award for Community Service by UCLA.

Chau attended UCLA where she received a B.A. in Economics. She earned her MBA from Pepperdine University. She loves world travel and impactful time with family.
